My Little Men

I am head over heels in LOVEwith my three little men! I have nicknames for all of them that fit really well! I call Connor Monkey for obvious reasons if any of you know him! He is so dang cute but constantly ALL over the place! He makes me laugh so hard I adore him! Little Jet goes by Buda Bear because he is SOOO big! He is only 3 weeks older than Colby but already 3x his size! He is cute as can be and is already very alert! Finally my little Colby is Newbie. He is a tiny tiny little guy but oh my goodness he has stolen my heart! He has the cutest little cry and is a cuddle bunny! I am the LUCKIEST aunt in the whole world! Our family could not have been blessed with three cuter, funner, or amazing little boys! They're my little men always and forever!

2 Easy Summer Time Crafts

BEAUTIFL BABY {BOY}

Chad and Jessica had their little man around 3:00 this afternoon! Jessica went into the hospital at 7:00 this morning and was already dilated to 6cm. By about 12:30 she was fully dilated and began the LONG process of pushing! The poor girl was a ROCKSTAR! She pushed for nearly three hours and after what seemed like the toughest few hours of her life, BAM he was here! He is BEAUTFUL and I think he is a good mixture of the two of them! I'm guessing he is going to have Jessica's eye's only deep blue and Jess thinks he has Chad's nose(It's still early to tell)! He as lots of dark brown hair and from what I hear he is going to be a little football player(broad shoulders)! He still has yet to be named but as soon as they figure it out I'll let you know!

Summer Lovin had me some fun

This SUMMER has been one of the BEST yet! If I had to describe it in just one word....FIERCE!!! I LOVE being outside especially when it involves dangerous adventures! I have made so many memorable memories not to mention a ton of freaking AMAZING friends!

So this past month has been a complete BLAST! I have made some seriously ROCKIN friends! I just love love LOVE them to death! They make everything HAPPY and they never fail to make me laugh until my tummy is sore! It has been a CRAZY INSANO good last few weeks! Heavenly Father is the best, he always brings people into your life when you need them the most...he hit it right on the mark this time! I seriously have ALWAYS lucked out when it comes to friends! I have been surrounded by AMAZING people throughout my entire life! Once again...PROOF....I am the LUCKIEST girl alive!

DALLAS: The FUNNIEST kid you will EVER meet and that's no lie! Always makes things 10x better than they are!

JUSTIN: The most CARING kid in the world! Can turn your worst day into your BEST day in a matter of minutes! Someone you know you can ALWAYS count on!

TYLER: A complete BLAST!! Always keeps things entertaining and does a SUPER good job at it! Dang FUNNY...Love this kid!

I have the world's BEST dad! He is my everything && so much more! I have never met a more caring and compassionate person in my entire life! He is so willing to lend a helping hand and is so oblivious to his good deeds! All through out High School and even up until now I have had more teens than I can count tell me how LUCKY and grateful I should be to have the huge honor of having Mr.Durfee, Coach Durfee, Bishop Durfee, etc....as my dad! They are all so right, I really am the LUCKIEST girl alive!

It's official, I'm a.....

CYCLING ADDICT

I hate waking up at 4:40 am but it is SO worth it! I LOVE the pain and massive amounts of sweat(AKA: calories) I burn in my morning cycling class! There is nothing that even compares to that feeling you get right after you attend and even better make it through a near death exercise class! It is INTENSE and makes you feel like a ROCK STAR! I recommend it to everyone...It's a GREAT way to start off the day!

This past week I had to make the hardest decision of my life thus far. Although I know I had no other choice, I would be lying if I said my heart still wasn't hurting! I am trying so hard to focus all of my attention on smiling! I know that everything will work out in the end and I have complete faith in my future! As long as we are doing everything that has been asked of us and living life in a way that is pleasing to our Father in Heaven we will be happy! Friends may come and go but the gospel and our families will never walk out on us. Through everything I still feel like the LUCKIEST girl in the world!

Today Is The {BEST} Day

Today is the day my BEST FRIEND comes home! He has been serving a mission for the past two years and I have been missing my number one sidekick like crazy! It seems like a dream that this day is actually REALLY REALLY here(someone wake me up)! Welcome Home Elder Aaron Bo Baron Benson Lewis! I have missed you like crazy and love you oh so much!

This weekend I had the opportunity of going on a mini getaway trip to Portland! While there a friend and I went to dinner at the Cheesecake Factory(It was beyond good), we then went to the Taylor Swift concert(absolutely AMAZING), stopped and walked around the temple(BEAUTIFUL), and then finally we made a stop in the beautiful city of Vancouver Washington were we stayed the night. I even managed to get some shopping in! I LOVE playing with best friends! It was such a BLAST!

Secret Message.....

OK so these past few nights as I have knelt down to pray I have really been pouring out my heart to our Father in Heaven. I have been feeling so frustrated, confused, and worn down with were I am in life right now and on what I should be doing. I have been going to the lord with questions as well as wanting to know if he approves of my plan of action. Last night as I finished my prayer I looked at my night stand and there my scriptures were sitting. I usually ALWAYS read in the morning before I start my day but for some reason I had not read that morning! I actually remember thinking to myself, "Hailey, don't get your hopes up that there's going to be some secret message in there for you because there's probably not but if you expect Heavenly Father to help you, you have to put the effort in on your side" So I began reading where I had left off, Alma 56. As I was reading about all the wars and contentions going on, one verse in particular REALLY stood out to me! It was Alma 56:47(This verse is talking about the Stripling Warriors and how brave and faithful they were) this is found at the end of the verse and it says, "If they would not DOUBT, God would deliver them"! Then and there I realized that everything was going to be OK so long as I had faith and did not doubt in my Heavenly Father's plan for me.

In life it is so easy to get distracted and to lose sight of all the things that matter most but it is also SO important to stay positive and to remember everything that the Lord has blessed us with! There's a reason for all things, through trials we grow to learn and appreciate the good times! I have complete FAITH in my Father in Heaven's plan for me and when I am feeling down I need to remember all that I have been given! I know that there are probably going to be many more times were I am forgetful and end up "getting lost" but I know that my Heavenly Father LOVES me and will always send me a SECRET MESSAGE to help bring me back!
