My Best Friends

I have had the most AMAZING three weeks of my life here in Salt Lake City! I leave in about an hour to go back home and I'm no going to lie I am pretty dang sad! I have met some really fun people and have made a few life long friends here! It has been such a nice break and breath of fresh air. I have a feeling this next week is going to be long and tiring(I'm not use to having to work or run errands)! While here I had the opportunity of going to two of the four general conference sessions! What a blessing that was. I feel so grateful to be a member of this church! My testimony is strong and unwavering! I love love LOVE this gospel! I am the LUCKIEST girl alive!

Reading and Realaxing

I have been in Utah close to three weeks now and I have had more than enough spare time! I love staying active and keeping busy but every once in awhile it's nice just to kick back and relax...! I don't get the chance to read very often so I have taken full advantage of it! These three books are all so good, I would recommend them to any of you! They can all be found at any church book store!

I Am So Blessed

My family is my everything! I can honestly say that I am the LUCKIEST girl in the world!

Mom & Dad: Thank You for making it your dream to watch my dreams come true! The both of you have been so supportive of every choice and direction I have taken in life. I love that I feel comfortable enough to talk to you about anything and everything! I don't just consider you my parents but two of my closest friends! You are my greatest examples in life, because of you I know that Happily Ever Afters really does exist! I Love You with all of my heart! Kacy Jean: Oh my goodness baby sis you are AMAZING! We have been through a lot together and I wouldn't change any of it! Lindsay, David, and Connor: The sunshine family! You three are the definition of HAPPY! I love the relationship that you three share! I have never seen so much love and laughter in my life! 2 MONTHS

I am counting down the days and watching the clock tick away! Only 2 months until I get to see my BEST FRIENDS smiling face again! I am so excited I can hardly stand to wait, It is so close yet SO far away! It is CRAZY how fast time has flown bye...I swear just yesterday we were running around random parking lots at four in the morning, throwing water balloons out of the car at friends, skipping school, having weekend parties at my home, sneeking out while are parents were asleep, going on white trash dates, talking all night and morning long, having the time of are lives! I have so so many memories! I love my best friend! In the future I will never be in need of a maid of honor, the spot has already been taken by best friend, my man of honor...Aaron Bo Baron Lewis!

Visiting Teaching

I found the world's cutest visiting teaching hand outs EVER! Lately I have become super addicted to ETSY, hence my give a way necklace! One day I happened to be on there and ended up typing in visiting teaching(probably because I was thinking about how I had yet to do mine for the month..ugh I hate when that happens). The cutest little shop popped up. This creative lady makes pre-made visiting teaching kits each month! It varies month to month on what the message looks like but it usually always includes the ensigns visiting teaching message for the month, a recipe, and some cute little gift! This month's kit being March is in the shape of a four leaf clover and includes the message, a recipe, and a "Pinch Proof" pin! They are inexpensive($4.00) and so much fun! 3 Week Vacation

I booked my flight for 3 weeks of non stop fun and excitment! I am so excited to be going back to my home away from home! I get to spend 3 weeks in Utah/Idaho which may not sound that great to some but oh my goodness I can hardly wait! I have SO many family and friends that I am going to be able to see! It should be a complete blast! I fly out March 16th and return April 6th! For all of you who want to play, let me know! :)

Dad Was Right

Growing up I never really got along all that well with my little sister Kacy! There were times where I could hardly stand being in the same room as her, let alone sitting next to her. I feel like we were always arguing and trying to out do one another. This lasted all through high school. We never had that great of a relationship. We hung around in different crowds and had completely different views on extracurricular activities. She did her thing and I did mine. I think that we were both pretty content with the way things were. I remember my dad always saying that one day we would be the best of friends(between us, I thought he was CRAZY). There was no possible way of this ever happening. We were just two completely different people.
I moved away right after I graduated from High School to pursue my education. This Is were EVERYTHING changed. I remember Kacy calling me one night(EXCUSE ME BUT DID I MISS SOMETHING??!!). She was crying really hard. I felt a little bit awkward at first but then something clicked, It hurt me to know that she was in pain. I wished so much that I could take It all away! I think something changed after that night because Kacy started calling more and more. She would call to ask for advice most of the time but there were times when she would call just to call! Our friendship grew that year.
How grateful I am for my baby sister and how grateful I am that my dad was right. I love Kacy so much and I can honestly say that she is my BEST friend. She is my example, the person I look up to most. She has helped me through some of the roughest times. I always know that when there is something wrong or something that is AMAZINGLY right in my life she will be there to share in that with me. If given the choice to spend the day with anyone...I would chose her every time! I am so LUCKY...I have the cutest and funnest little sister EVER! I love you so much KJ!

This past week I had the AMAZING opportunity of spending a few days in California! Sarah Ruhnow and I hopped in the car with no real plans written in stone and traveled all over the state! It was a complete blast! Out of the five nights we were there, we stayed in four different places! It all started off in the CRAZY city of San Francisco. It was very interesting to say the least. I would of loved to of had more time to explore, but we conquered a lot while there! We then made are way down to the BEAUTIFUL city of San Diego! I am in LOVE with this city. It is a non stop fun, exciting, and thrilling place to be. We stayed on Coronado Island(Take my breath away). I can honestly say that hands down I would move there in a heart beat. It was unbelievably clean and I kid you not one of the most beautiful places I have ever been. I have found my new passion....TRAVELING! I love not having any definite plans...I love trying new things....I love exploring....I love the different sights and views....I love love love it all!
